Wrong time, slow to reconnect to network and email synch issues- HELP!

Hi, my droid is about 10 months old. I have some annoying problems i cannot solve:

1. The time is wrong.  By about 5 minutes.  It is really annoying.

2. When I leave my no-reception office it takes sometimes 5 or 10 minutes to re-find a network.  I try forcing synchs or getting online, nothing works.  How can i orce it to reconnect?

3. My company recently upgraded to Outlook 2010.  Now, every morning (around 1am) in my outlook at work, I get about 40 unread deleted email notices from sometimes months ago.  Always random people, random messages.  I know its the droid doing it but I cannot figure out WHY and how to stop it.  The reason I think its the droid is becuase last time I had weird things happen I found a bunch of synching messages on my droid that corresponded to this weirdness.

You can change the time manually through the menu settings.

As for forcing connection I do not think you can force it to connect, I could be wrong though.

As for your email, I can't help you on that at all except to say that outlook has a problem with the.Droid 1.
