What should I use as my preferred network?

Should I be using the global mode or one of the others?  I have no intent on calling anyone outside of the US, let alone the other side of the planet.  Does it matter which one I choose?

 

When I tried to dial my sister (in the same state) I received an error message that I didn't have international service.  I noticed that the phone had added a "+11" to the beginning of her phone number.  Not sure why.

The Home Only network opyion can work but it will probally keep a more reliable connection in Automatic mode...

 

To resolve the issue with the +1 veing added to number try going yo Settings / Call / Home Dialing / and change to "No. Use Original Number" and check Do Not Ask Again to save and OK...
