Volume problem

I can barely hear what caller is saying during phone conversation - this is both on the speaker phone and when speaker phone is not being used. How do I fix this?

I would power cycle the phone if you can't get any ware adjusting the Volume.. I'd pull the battery out press the power button for 25sec. then let off.. let the battery set out for 10 min. then re-install power up your Droid and see if that returns the Volume..
