Why isn't video chat for google talk enabled now that Gingerbread is now on the device? Google video chat is supposed to need android 2.3, and that's whats on there now. However, there is no video chat option. Is there another phone running Gingerbread that doesn't have video chat? Why wouldn't this be enabled? Even after the update, this phone is still behind lesser phones.

I registered on Google plus about two months ago but, everyone that I converse with are fully embedded with Face Book, Text messaging, and SKYPE. This does not care whether you have Iphone of Droid.

Skype is pretty general for most devices, except iphone users usign their built in app with others.
Google is droppign seperate thigns and compbinign them into plus.
since video chat works on skype you can jsut use that but it has a larger over head memory use.
There is another (forgot which we were using) that uses reg cell call an over lays video.
