I use the 2 piece case and holster from Verizon.  Modified the car dock to accept phone with case on.  This replaced my GPS and Ipod.  Sold both of them to friends and made back the 200 for the phone and 40 for the dock and still was 50 cash ahead.  Heck, my droid made me money.  LOL

Well, I had to keep my iPod since load only wav files from my CD collection, but I did sell my Garmin for $100, LOL

However, I've since learned that the X's GPS depends on the cell signal to determine the location.

Oops.

ya, i found that out. wish there was a way to download basic maps to get around that. maybe one day. I get by ok.  Cell coverage is expanding and with some fore thought I can work it out.  Just nice only having one bright screen on my dash rather that two.  wish the X would dim a little more though.

I ordered some after market holsters from Cell Phone Shop . Net.  I figured I would order several holsters more cheaply than I would be able to get them from Verizon and if/when these holsters fall apart I would at least not have been led to believe that more expensive items always equate with quality items.
