Two issues with my new fancy Droid 2

I love my new Droid 2, however I have two issues:

 

1) If I receive a Gmail message, I do not see the "reply" function anywhere. I clicked on every button I could, to no avail.

 

2) I noticed a few days after I had my Droid 2 that a couple of the key pad buttons seem like they will come right off if I catch it just right with my (short) finger nails. Are these just stickers? are they known to eventually come off? yikes! I'm not a "texter", so I know it's not from overuse.

1. Scroll down the the very bottom of the email. They are supposed to make an update to gmail with a floating reply button so you don't have to scroll down.

 

2. My buttons are just fine. My nails are short and I've never even come close to pulling any keys off. How you can get your nails between the tiny slots between the buttons is beyond me.
