Text messaging stopped working after the update 3 weeks ago. Have spent many, many hours on the phone with different levels of technical support (with the engineers saying that there is nothing wrong). Was sent a 2nd phone that is also giving me the same error message instead of receiving texts. Has anyone figured out a way to correct this or is it time to change to a different service provider?

This is not a Verizon failure. Motorola coded and released an Android update that caused the failure. Verizon has given a tentative date of or around June 30 for a fix.
