I sent out a mass text message to about 10 people. 7 out of 10 people either got a blank message or my message was seperated each word by a question mark. My phone is brand new. How can I fix this?

You can try using swype text on your device or using a different text application. Also try re-programming your phone by dialing *228 press send and select option 1 to re-program. Remember, Verizon Wireless is not responsible for third party cookies that are downloaded to your device.
