No one can hear me when I call or when they call me. The mute is not on; however, the sound works only in speaker phone mode.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having speaker issues with your Bionic. It sounds that you may have a blown internal speaker, but there are some things to check. You want to make sure that your headset jack is clear of any debris, and then insert and remove headphones and see if it works. If not the next check would be to do a factory reset.
