I am trying to send a sms text message to someone and the status still says pending. This has been like this for 2 hours now. I can text other people and the status will say received. Any ideas???
Hello afike0122, Let's make sure your messages are delivered as they should be! Does this only happen with one specific contact? Is this user a Verizon Wireless customer? If not, the device will be unable to determine if their device received the message. Have you confirmed with the user if they got the message at all? I would be more than happy to continue troubleshooting if needed.
