Shockwave no longer working

My phone just got all the updates within the past couple of weeks.  Dowloaded 2.2 with no problems, not quite sure I like it yet, though, and downloaded Adobe flashplayer.  After these downloads, however, certain apps aren't working anymore.  Anything that uses Shockwave is not working, such as Youtube and such apps and sites.  Also Pandora isn't working and neither is I Heart Radio app.

Any thoughts or similar situations out there?

Have you tried a battery pull or factory reset?
Factory resets are not very troublesome anymore, since the new 2.2 will put stuff back in place for you.
