Regardless of what ringtone I select it only says "Verizon Wireless" then vibrates. Vibrate is not even turned on. Please advise
Do a factory reset on the device. I have provided the steps for the factory reset below. Before doing the factory reset I would recommend for you to back up your contacts and information. Make sure that you remove the SD card before doing the factory reset.
From the home screen, touch the applications tab (located at the bottom of the display).
Touch Settings.
Touch Privacy.
Touch Factory Data Reset.
Touch Reset Phone. If presented, enter the current passcode or draw the unlock pattern.
Touch Erase Everything.
