Does anyone know or is it possible to create your own ringback tone for the Droid X?

Ringback tones are one of my pet peeves.
If the phone doesn't immediately ring at the recipient's end, and the caller has to waste a half minute listening to a ringback tone, it is eating into the cost of the basic number of minutes being paid for in the caller's voice plan. Once you reach that ringback tone, your charges are rounded up to the next minute full, even if you consume only a small part of that minute.
This is just a great way for the cellular carriers to add profit to their bottom lines and suck more cash out of subscribers' pockets.
