Returned Droid Incredible today and reactivated my LG Dare. The issues that I had with the new phone were: 1) Random poor voice quality 2) could not link correctly to my Verizon.net account 3) No blue tooth hands free voice dialing and 4) poor battery life. Customer support at both Verizon and HTC tried to help but just not have the any answers. I may try again in the future when the bugs have been resolved.
I do apologize that you were having problems with the HTC incredible...Hopefully you can find a phone through verizon wireless that will not give you as many problems have you have experienced because we do appreciate your business with us!
