I'm having a issue receiving corporate voicemails via my work email. The email comes in and shows the .wav file, but it has 0 k. All other attachments seem to be working fine. My email account is setup as POP. Any ideas?

It seems there may be a security problem between your phone and the pop3 server. The best resolution would be to delete the account and set it up as an entirely new email account. The instructions to do so are listed below:
Press HOME , and then tap > Mail.
Do one of the following:
Tap Other (POP3/IMAP) on the
Choose a mail provider screen.
If you have already added an email account in Mail, tap on the upper-left corner, and
then tap New Account. If the Choose a mail provider screen is displayed, tap Other
(POP3/IMAP).
Enter the Email address and Password for the email account and then tap Next.
If the account type you want to set up is not in the phone database, you will be asked to
enter more details.
Enter the Account name and Your name and then tap Finish setup.
