My notification ringtones change themselves to defaults*
My camcorder force closes and sometimes pix/flix don't save.
Embedded YouTube videos wont format right in landscape fullscreen.
Sometimes new pics/vids won't save right
Some things are way sower than they should be and slower than they used to be.
And other stuff. I'm contemplating resetting to factory but don't wanna have to.
Plus anyone know if the Smart Sensor Options (double tap to silence, Smart Profile: Face Down) work? on 2.1 they made your ringtone silent and required a wipe to fix, I don't wanna risk it xP
*Now the large majority of my songs wont play and the phone freezes when connecting to usb I'm doing a factory reset tonight dammit I want my awesomeness back

Just backup all your data before you do a data wipe. The bootloader data wipe worked great for me when I got stuck at the Droid eye screen while updating.

Wildman's guide is a great step by step procedure for getting you running again.

I can't add much but do want to chime in a bit. Make sure you don't just do the factory reset without following the steps in wildman's instructions.
Also after the factory reset it may take some time for the X to boot up. Just let it run its course and don't remove the battery or try to powerdown.
Good luck

I think you just wanted to show off your Snazzy New Ribbon!
But yes, those are good points.

I've reset a per wildman's instructions and my camcorder still crashes. That seems to be one of the only issues I still have.
I have read about some people with issues with their cameras having to do with the SD card. If you have a spare Micro SD card laying around that you aren't using, try formating it with your phone. Then try to take a picture or use your camcorder. If this fixes your problem you know it has something to do with the SD Card.
If it is your SD card, backup any pictures, data or video that you want to save from your SD Card onto your computer. Now try using the "Format SD Card" option on your phone. Once complete test your camcorder again.
A simple format has fixed the problem for most people who have the Camcorder/Camera issue, but there is always the chance you have a hardware issue.

So I shouldn't ever check that option again? Will that be an annoyance?
