1. Email it to yourself and download it on the PC.

2. Connect the Droid to your PC using the USB cable, change to USB mass storage mode, and move it.

Email, as pool suggests certainly works, but there are also apps like drop box that allow you to share things easily.

More qestions abotu downloading photos . . .

I was able to send myself one photo.   Was unable to send more than one.    Any clues?

When attempting to use the USB mass storage,  I went to Gallery to find the photos and get a message 'SD card is nmonted or unavailable'.     I don't see any photos listed in the folder under the G drive.    I'm not quite getting how to share from my phone to another device . . . . please help.

You can't use the SD card on the Droid while in usb mass storage mode.

You open windows explorer on your PC, find the assigned drive and navigate to the folder where you put the pictures on the SD card.

when sending photos from your phone on your phone go to gallery>press and hold down the photo>select share>select email (not gmail)>this will bring you to a email setup like what you would see on a laptop>menu (the four square icon on the right side of your phone will one square whited out>attach files (you can only attach one picture at a time but this is how you send more then one picture at a time via your phone>when done within the email page select send.

whenever your phone is plugged into computer through usb mass storage you will not be able to reach your sd card through your phone as the laptop/computer uses it to transfer files from your pc to your phone. to reach photos while your phone is plugged into your computer there are a couple different options. the one i use is once i plug my phone into my laptop i wait for the autoplay window to pop up and select open folder to view files>locate the dcim folder and double click on it>locate the camera folder and double click on it>and in here all my photos and videos are listed (the videos have a little note icon on it and something else i cant make out>now to transfer these pictures to your pc simply create a folder on your desktop (the main screen on your pc where all your other folders and icons are) to create a folder here right click your mouse and select new folder>name it whatever you want and copy/cut paste your photos/videos in here.

the other option you can use to find your photos if the pop up window doesnt appear for whatever reason is start button>computer>now my phone is the removable disk (G: ) file. locate the dcim folder and double click on it>locate the camera folder and double click on it>and in here all my photos and videos are listed (the videos have a little note icon on it and something else i cant make out>now to transfer these pictures to your pc simply create a folder on your desktop (the main screen on your pc where all your other folders and icons are) to create a folder here right click your mouse and select new folder>name it whatever you want and copy/cut paste your photos/videos in here.

these are the step by step instructions on how to do this. if you still cannot retrieve your pictures im sorry i dont know what to tell you. i wish you the best of luck.
