My phone worked fine untill it asked me to update the software. It worked fine for a couple of days and then out of the blue it won't charge. When i plug it into the charger, an orange button starts blinking. How do I get my phone to charge again?

Are you using the original charger that came with the phone? Have you tried using a different charger and does it charge? Have you also verified there is no physical damage to the charging port?
To start, please remove the battery from the phone then replace it. For directions click http://vz.to/M1RlIt Once you put the battery back into the phone, plug the charger in and then turn phone on.
