My phone started going haywire last week. First thing it did, was when texting. I'd hit the spacebar on keyboard and the letter 'v' would appear and run everythng together!
Then suddenly I was seeing vtext appearing out of nowhere!
started dialing the last received call........
Now the phone freezes
I've done a soft boot
deleted unused apps.......don't know what to do next?????

Help is here! Let's ensure your device is back working as expected! Are you using any 3rd party messaging or keyboard applications? If so, first try resetting the application http://vz.to/12kxQl1. If that doesn't work, please uninstall the application http://vz.to/16zNhGg and retest.
You can also test the device to see if an application is the culprit by testing it while powered up in Safe Mode http://vz.to/11Z3Lmz. This will help determine if the problem is application related. If it persists while in Safe Mode, I recommend Hard Resetting the device http://vz.to/12q1uBa. Just ensure you back up your data prior to resetting. Keep me posted with the results of your testing.
