Nothing but problems after update

Major issues, I did reset & cleared cache, phone was working a little better but is right back to battery issues, before reset phone had crashed, battery kept saying 0% charge, sometimes would charge & sometimes not. After reset actually fully charged, now a few days later back to not charging, have tried 3 different chargers, keeps saying 0% even when it stays plugged in. Crashed today again, couldn't get working, tried to reset, pull battery nothing, then just comes back on by itself. I don't know what to do about it. Phone worked perfectly before update. Frustrated!
