When your listening to a song or something from Pandora radio with your ear buds, it sounds like there isnt even a hit of low frequency, just flatness. I then plugged my ear buds into my ipod touch, and it sounds just fine. I have skull candy ear buds. Is there other people here besides me, who aren't hearing bass come from their droid?

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

Try doing a soft reset just to make sure there is not a problem with the device, by powering the device off and back on. Also try different ear buds just to make sure there is not a compatibility issue.
If you have upgraded to Froyo (Android 2.2), you may notice audio-quality issues while listening to Pandora. The Android team is aware of this issue with AAC+ audio and has released a fix, which is gradually being rolled out on the various Android handsets.

i been fighting for a month to resolve my s7edge quality. i HIGHLY SUGGEST you check poweramp in google play. not only did it double my volume, but it doubled all frequencies. btw.....the paid versions 99 cents. i tried buying 130 dollar earbuds, but that was a bust. did no help.
