This is my 3rd or 4th Motorola Droid Bionic that eventually stops getting a 3G connection. I start troubleshooting by powering off/on, removing the battery, removing the sim card, calling support, who usually have me do a factory reset, and nothing will reset the phone so I can get a 3G (or 4G) connection. Each time I end up getting a replacement phone. Any suggestions?

I want you to gain the reliability you deserve nancy123! Are your difficulties happening in more than one location? What is your zip code? Is it indoors or outside? If you have already tried removing the SIM and toggling airplane mode, I recommend setting the device to 3G/CDMA only mode. I trust this information was helpful.
