It will connect but runs sllllllllllllllllooooooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwww if at all. It is not just one spot every time is connects no matter where it does the same thing. Any help would be appreciated.
Hi Jennifer1899 - Let's get you running at top speed! Have you run a speed test app on the device to determine the actual speeds? Does this affect browsing in app and all other applications using data? Try forgetting each of the previous WiFi connections and setup as new network.

Yes I did a speed test. It effects everything. I did forget all connections. But it didn't change anything.
