My verizon app will not work. It keeps getting error code 300

Anyone else having problems.

So, in order to get this working, I just went online and logged into My Verzion online through my PC. I went into my profile and changed my Login ID as well as changing my password. I went back to my phone and entered in my new Login ID and my new password and I was able to use the My Verizon App on my phone again. I'm not sure why I could log in to My Verizon with my old ID and PW but I could not do it on my Phone. Anyways. long story short, I just changed my ID and PW online through my PC and was able to use the My Verizon App on my phone. Hope this helps anyone else having the same issue.

I've had trouble with this too.  Just tried it again and I get an error 304 and "My mobile number could not be validated????

I have a droid charge and when I go to sign in I get error code -1. It says services are unavailable and to check back......this had been going on for over a week....any ideas?

I have found that when I get this or similar error messages, I can connect through the app just fine when on wifi. Doesn't make a lot of sense, but there it is...
