My droid 4 digit pin access worked last night then I get up this morning NO GO...I am using same password but it will not authenticate. it there a way to reset without losing everything?

Keeping personal information safe and secure is one of the most important factors to our customers. This is why I am so proud to see that our devices offer password setup for additional security! May I ask have you backed up all of your information on your device? If so then the factory data reset is the best option to regain access to the phone. I know that’s not what you want to do but it is currently the only solution to be able to use the phone again. If you need the steps on how to complete the reset then here’s a link for you!
