I've had the LG Ally for over a year with few issues other than running out of memory and needing to delete an app or two periodically. The battery usually lasted about 12 hours and then needed to be recharged. A few weeks ago I thought the battery was starting to go bad because the phone turned off before my workday was over. I started carrying my charger around and plugging it in more frequently and noticed that when it was shutting off even when it was fully charged and sometimes when I turned it on it would show a full battery. It would stay on for awhile and then power down. Today is the worse yet. It won't stay on for a few minutes at time before shutting off. I can't even get to voice mail (which is piling up since I use my phone as my main contact number while at work). Is there a solution to this issue?
