I'm getting really poor download speeds on my WiFi Galaxy Tab 10.1 while tethered to the Bionic's mobile hotspot, and the signal is constantly going in and out. On the other side of the coin, my upload speeds are great. I took my phone into my IT department at work, and they told me that the Bionic's hotspot connection kept "timing out" indicating a poor wireless signal. For reference: type: ping -t google.com in your computer's command prompt to run the test. Any idea why this would be happening, and if so, is there a fix out there?
