Incredible still rebooting

I know this has been addressed in another post, but I haven't seen a solution for this.  My Incredible still reboots, but only if I am using the Google Navigation and talking on the phone with my Bluetooth device (Jawbone).  Sometimes it happens at the wrong time--miss my exit and having an important call interrupted! The phone is awesome, but I am comparing to dropped calls I used to get with the iPhone with the crappy AT&T service!

 

This is my second phone--got the refurb model--I've gone through the usual phone Verizon tech support online and the in person at the Verizon store who ALL claim they haven't heard about this problem (why don't they just admit this?!) and gone through the whole rigamarole of factory reset, hard reset, battery out, roaming update, advance task killer, etc., etc, etc.

 

Anyone still having the problem or is there been a solution that I haven't seen?
