I received my replacement Incredible and ALMOST everything is fine. One issue - as of two days ago, whenever I use the phone, it defaults to speakerphone. I have to remember to shut the speaker off before I hold it to my ear, or else it's not a very pleasant experience. Obviously I don't want it doing this, but I can't find any setting to switch back to the way it was. The manual didn't have anything. Any help here?
sorry...can't find anything either. you may want to make sure "hearing aids" is not checked in the "settings-call." i doubt this is the problem, but it's the only thing i could see that may trigger the speaker phone? it also doesn't appear to be an issue with anyone else. i REALLY hope they didn't give you another bad phone.
OK, I did the smart option and pulled the battery for a soft boot - and it's back to normal. Hmmm, another little glitchy issue? I'll keep an eye on it, but so far everything else is great.
