1st one i've ever seen, with a 7ft mast on the roof, taking the pics seen of various locations for google maps.

 

might be a neat job just wandering, taking pic of neighborhoods, intersections.......

Lol like spotting a unicorn im surprised they aren't seen more seems like they would be on the go year around to stay up to date
