How to transfer a file from one location on the phone to another...

I saved a photo from a txt message and would like to move it from the download folder to the picture folder without having to hook my phone up to my laptop. Can this be done on the Droid Ultra?

You can use cut and paste with a file browser such as ES File Explorer
