When I am scrolling thru my address book or apps it semms that if I just slightly touch the app or a name, scolling stops and the app or contact opens. Real annoying. Is there a way or app to load to give a user a little more screen and touch control? or did I miss droid 101 in the manual. I have the Droid since about Feb and now it drives me nuts in this department.

Currently there is not a way to change the sensitivity level for the touchscreen.

You might try a screen protecter/cover. I may cut down the sensitivity some.

I completely agree that the sensitivity issue should be addressed. A setting to change the sensitivity would be nice.
Another added software feature would be to add a scroll button to the right side of the App Screen [same as the scroll button on the contacts list]. It could appear when long touch the right side of the App Screen (circle with the up arrow). Then we could scroll without opening the Apps by mistake.

If you scroll on the LEFT side of the screen you should not have a problem. Scrolling on the RIGHT side is a problem.
