Help with Text messages and audio files

Have some issues with a couple things wondering if anyone has answers. First if someone sends u a text message that u wanna save in a folder cant second if someone sends u a video or audio file text message and u wanna save it u can and it gets put in folder under music but u cant rename.

1.From the home screen, touch the applications tab (located at the bottom of the display).

2.Touch Messaging.

3.Touch one of the following options

• Universal Inbox
• Text Messaging

4.Touch a message.

5.Touch and hold the attachment.

6.Touch a message option.
Depending upon attachment type, the available options may vary.

Open message

     Opens message.

Play audio

     Plays audio.

View picture

     Views picture.

Save picture / audio

      Saves the file to the SD card.

Share picture / audio

      Shares the file via Email, Online Album, Photo Sharing or Text Messaging.

Forward message

      Forwards the message (and attachments) to a 10-digit number.

View message details

      View the message details (e.g. - message size, type, etc.).

Delete message

      Deletes the message. 

* (the save picture / audio should allow you to name the file)

for audio it works but u cant save a text message and for audio u can save it but not rename to what u want the file name to be.
