I lost my prepaid phone and need to transfer service to old droid xt862 i had around house.the issue is the customer services closed for me to speak to a human for activation. The only option I have is to press the droid and that does not work after following steps to activate. It allows me to hear all my current info on existing acct. I am prompted to transfer exsisting wireless number and acct balance to dial#22898 and to press send and follow instuctions. .......it doesn't work
