HTC screen keeps appearing

I am not sure how to describe this but nearly every time I exit programs such as the Stock browser, Dolphin Browser, Gmail, Facebook, Mail, I get the green "HTC" screen as if it is reloading the phone. This has been off and on for a while but now it is very consistent. 

 

I am not rooted or anything funny like that and have an anti virus app if that means anything.

Android Version 2.3.4

Please help if you know what is going on.

Probably the last app you installed crashing sense try installing the last apps installed before the crash started ,also removing the battery may also help by doing a soft reset

Since putting 2.3.4 on my DInc I've noticed the home screen refresh also. Maybe this is a new "feature" to keep Sense optimized or something. Doean't really bother me all that much.
