HELP PLEASE!!

I've had every problem from random reboots, loss of everything, vanishing pictures and music, UID alerts, low space alerts, wifi errors to apps force closing. It seems as if something is going on with this phone every other day. I took it to Verizon & they said it had a virus so I had to do a hard reset...But in spite of me losing EVERYTHING, nothing has been resolved. My phone randomly turns off and when it comes back on, all of my downloaded apps are gone. Currently, I can't get the weather app to update. These are just some of the problems I've encountered. Sometimes I can restart the phone and it'll be okay but other times, it's chaos!

DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS?!?! I'M COMPLETELY FRUSTRATED! Smiley Sad

I'm not eligible for an upgrade until next year & don't have insurance....verizon is basically doing nothing for me.

Wow, dani_simp2695! It seems as though you are having quite a few issues with your device. Chaos is the right word.  Thanks for taking it to the store for an evaluation. Once the store has done a hard reset, did you add the same apps back on to the Incredible?
The reason I ask this is because many issues you describe with force close, random reboots etc. can be a sign of a corrupt application. You can see if the Incredible reacts the same why while in safe mode http://tiny.cc/wl40iw, also ensure that your software version is current http://tiny.cc/7n40iw
If you have not added the apps back on, it looks like we may need to look into warranty replacement options.
