1 To select an HDMI format, press Menu> Settings > HDMI.

2 Connect an HDMI cable from the HDMI port on your phone to an HDMI port on the TV monitor.

3 Touch Launcher icon >Media Share > Start> Television > Play.

Basically you can watch any videos or images that plays from the Gallery app as long as the files do not have DRM, now as for the TV apps, they will not play out cable because all information by default have to play through the Market player only.

2nd  Can u listen to music and put media player up on screen.

This can only be done with RealHDMI and, the stock player will not allow this.

RealHDMI supports landscape view to maximize access to videos...  Depending on the resolution of TV, some videos requires you to use the zoom option that most HD TV supports.

4th do u need the media station or can u just use HDMI cable.

You can connect with the cable directly or use a dock, they both work the same way.

Hope this helps.. :smileyhappy:
