Free Ring Tone Apps that don't require SD card?

Hi all - Just had to have my Droid 2 replaced due to hardware problem w/the physical keyboard.  Now on my Droid 2 Global that they replaced it with, I can't seem to be able to download free ringtones from any of the apps that do not require SD card. 

 

I didn't have an SD card before and was able to download lots of free ringtones.  Is this a setting I need to change somewhere or something I'm missing?
