Hey, i was having the same problem with my exchange crapping out after the update, force closing and everything. One of the other forums suggested "improved email". Seems to be the same basic email client but it works!!! Only annoying thing is that I have to enter a pin now as part of the security settings to get my exchange email. Anyway... At least I have email back until they fix this screw up (and the app was free)
