I constantly get an error message that asks me if I want to force close or wait? Does anyone else experience this?

There are others with the issue.
Some things to try,
I would first pull the battery while the unit is on, replace and restart the phone.
Call *228 Option 1.
If neither work then I would save what I want to the SD Card. Remove the vard and do a HARD factory reset.

Budone is correct. You can first try battery pull then *228 press send and select option 2. If that does not work for you you will want to save your information to SD card and do a hard reset. Here are the steps for a hard reset if needed:
From the home screen, select the applications tab (located in the lower-left).
Select Settings
Select SD & phone storage
Select Factory data reset.
Select the reset option.
Reset phone
Resets the phone
Reset phone & Internal storage
Resets the phone and the internal storage
Select Erase Everything

i was getting it when i checked "what was using my battery" for a couple hours the other day, but it just eventually went away. i went to check what was using my battery....and it actually let me w/o force closing...lol.
