Droid won't open email attachments

Can anyone tell me why my phone won't open an email attachment? It continuously says " fetching attachment."

Hi.  I understand you are having issues with opening an email attachment.  I can certainly look into this for you.  How long has this been going on?  Is it only a certain type of file you open?   Is the file saved on your SD card?
