Droid X wont boot up

My droid X is stuck in turn on mode . only the read M will light up then nothing else. i've removed the battery then put it back in

but that hasnt helped

Jwdds1, I know how frustrating this must be and I’m here to help! You’ll be up and running in no time.

Is your phone still stuck on the startup screen? Did this happen when attempting to update the software? Has there been any damage to the device?

If removing the battery did not fix the issue then you may need to perform a hard reset bit.ly/oV4Meh. If you’re unable to hard reset using the preferred method try the alternate method.

If the phone does not power on after the hard reset we will need to look into replacement options. Please post back if you need further assistance.
