This really sounds like you have an APP issue. Have you just Uninstalled the APP in question to see if the phone stablizes? if it DOES, I would contact the developer of the APP. If you don't run a specific APP, is the phone stable? We need more info to assist you on how to proceed.

Its mainly when im watching a Youtube video (it reboots when a video is playing and I press the home button to get home), and it also happens when I put it in the Motorola HDMI Docking Station.

Have you done a WIPE CACHE, just to clean things up?
- Power off
- Power On Holding Home Key
- When Andy with Exlamation Point Shows up, Press BOTH Volume keys
- Use Volume Keys to navigate to "wipe cache partition" and tap power button to select
- Wait for it to finish and select reboot system

Hello kewlguy97,
If the issue still persist after your have cleaned the cache then the next step would be a full wipe of the device. The step to do so are similar to what you have done to clear the cache. Prior to doing this, I recommend that you verify your contacts are properly backed up, by Gmail or backup assistant. Here are the steps for a full wipe.
- Press and hold the Power button then select Power off.
- If the device isn't responding to input, remove / replace the battery.
- Press and hold the Home key then press power button to turn on.
- Press the Power button while holding Home.
- From the Android Recovery screen (exclamation point with an android figure), press Volume Up / Down simultaneously.
- Select wipe data / factory reset then press the Power button.
- Select Yes -- delete all user data then press the Power button
- Reset process to may take approximately 1 minute.
- Ensure reboot system now is selected then press the Power button.
Please reply to this post with your finding after you have done so.
Thank you...
