Droid X freezes and turn off .

Why does my droid x freeze up and lock for no reason? it also will shut off and reboot for no reason?

My Droid X suddenly started doing this also about five months ago.  I deleted Google + and now it seems to be running fine.  Google is stealing our info probably.  There's probably another hidden app in there somewhere also stealing info.  Anyway, give it a try.  As to the reason, I don't know.   The 1% trying to stay in control?

I know this is frustration cabsgirl but I'm here to help resolve those issues. Not having the opportunity to use your phone without it freezing is a huge inconvenience. Do you have any physical or water damage to your phone? If you do not, lets start by enabling and disabling safe mode. This will let you know if an application is causing the issues. Here are the steps http://tiny.cc/2d1uqw . I would also recommend clearing the cache and browser history periodically http://tiny.cc/1f1uqw . The last step is a factory reset if the above steps do not work. This will put your phone back to factory settings http://tiny.cc/1j1uqw .  Please keep us posted.
