Has anyone heard anything about this possible upcoming phone?

I rec'd an email from UnWiredView.com mentioning it.  The email didn't say much but I can't find anything about it.  I'll copy and paste what the email said.

Verizon Motorola Droid X SE is on the way

Posted: 18 Oct 2010 03:58 PM PDT

The unreleased, unannounced, but leaked smartphone of the day comes courtesy of PhoneArena and is an Android powerhouse.

The Motorola Droid X SE is reportedly on its way to Verizon, and it’s unclear what its name stands for – it can either be Silver Edition (since the bezel around the display is now silver, compared to the original Droid X) or Second Edition.

Rumors also indicate that this phone may come with a 1.2 GHz processor that will supposedly also be used in the upcoming (and oft-leaked, but not yet announced either) Droid 2 Global.

And this is all the info there is on the Droid X SE for now. But the leaks have just started, so expect to have all the details you need just in time for its official unveiling, whenever that will be.

If you Google "Droid X SE", you will see a bit of info on it. Even some sites claiming it is a faked photo. You also have to look at the info. Anonymous, single, blurred photo sent into one site (and not a top Android site at that). Not saying it is not real. But, for me, I will say it is a "rumored phone". But, would not be surprised at a X world phone either.

If true its either a "pro" edition meaning its global, or its the rumored "Droid X Lite". Yes I have seen rumors about a budget Droid X going around, it looks like a Droid X but with scaled down hardware so it can be sold at a lower price.

The silver trim makes the phone look a bit cheap to me, and it seems to cut into the screen size.  But if it really will be bumped up to 1.2GHz, I might think about waiting for it.  But, so far...still planning on getting the Droid X in 28 days.

I actually like the look with the silver trim, I aways thought the Droid X needed some color to give it more depth. The faster processor sounds nice but the the more processing power the less the battery life.  I would love to see back view because I wish the Droid X didnt have the camera hump on back.

I will be impressed if it has a 1.2 gigahertz processor. I have heard tho that .2 doesnt make that much of a difference. I guess the only way tis phone can be topped is if it becomes global for people who travel. I for one believe the r2d2 droid was a waste of time, its just basically a droid 2 painted like an r2d2 with a custom boot screen. The cell phone market is interesting this year. Look at all those game changing phones that came out. Imagine next year? i am really excited.
