Droid Inc 2 Not turning on or charging.

I've has this phone a little less than 15 months, In that period of time i have had 4 replacement phones all because of the same issue of not charging when connected to the charger. I'm getting seriously annoyed with having to replace my phone every so many months. I have bought numerous chargers to ensure that it is not the charger that is the issue and still no solution to the problem.  The Verizon stores here are very rude and unhelpful and often blame me for damage and causing the problem instead of their crappy quality phones.
