I am am trying to update my phone list. Sometimes it works. Other times it says "no network coverage". What does that mean? I am in the same location with wifi coverage. I don't need the techie explanation, just a simple "do this."

Dear KMWM,
It would be helpful if you could provide more information, so that the community could perhaps give you a more effective response.
When you say "update" exactly what does this mean? Are you syncing contacts with another service (such as Google or Facebook) or are you backing them up using backup assistant, or something else.
You mention wi-fi. Are you connected to a wi-fi base station when you get this message?
Thanks.

I went on the computer and updated my phone list. It updated from the computer. Don't know if it fixed the problem but at least I'm now current. This is complicated for someone used to regular wireless phones.
