Droid Accessory: Pouch or Case?

Was wondering if anyone bought a case or pouch for the Motorola Droid.  I purchased the Body Glove case with the rubberized texture, but found that sliding the keyboard back and forth was a pain.  I know they make a similar case without the rubber texture, I'll have to see if sliding the keyboard is the same amount of hassle.

Then I got to thinking about the docks and was thinking that the Droid might not fit in the either the home dock or car dock, so maybe a pouch might be the better way to go.

Case or pouch - what did you (or would you) go with?

I purchased the case and it works great.  However I don't have the cradle charger yet and don't know if it will fit in that.

I like the Body Glove - I find that the rubberized texture allows me to slide it open easier.

Will the dock work with this without taking it off?

i got the pink smooth snap on case from the verizon store.  You have to remove the back case in order for the droid to fit in the home docking station & the car mount.

I like the pouch because I wear the phone on my hip. (I don't like the phone broadcasting near my STUFF). and also because I don't like having covers and screen protectors detract from the feeling of the phone, or having the phone feel bigger. PLus I like the full protection of the pouch. Just my preference!

I bought the holster that my Verizon store had for the Droid - I like it. After having several different cases for my iPhone 3GS, I just prefer the "naked" phone and the holster is small enough to slip in my pocket.

verizon is now selling the shell/holster combo, which was out of stock for a while, so i got me one.  i love the holster but was always afraid something might happen to the exposed back.

I prefer the carrying case, almost, the ones where you clip on your belt. Except I don't prefer to show mine, It kind of comes off pompous.
