I am having this very same issue I have spent hours on the phone with the global dept and get transferred back and forth between people till my call just gets disconnected... very very frustrating I might add I got the code thru the global dept and when it didn't work the first time I called back and spent another two+ hours on the phone just getting the code verified and then as soon as it was verified of course I had to be transferred (hung up on) so if you could give me any help on this matter I would really appreciate it. I work all over in sales and im constantly using my phone and the price im having to pay not being unlocked hurts!!!!
