I honestly don't miss the LED light from the HTC I had.. It would go out after 15 minutes anyway. It was pointless. I always found myself waking the screen to check it. The only good LED was on the older Blackberries which never stopped until you woke the screen. Even the newer BB's go out after 15 minutes..

I understand your discontent. As indicated by our forum members (thank you), the Samsung Charge does not have a notification LED. Please keep in mind that all wireless phones are unique and while they include similar features, they also include different features, and may not include some.

If led notification is that important to you, you can download Noled free from the market, it was specifically designed for galaxy s phones, and from it's reviews it works well on the Charge

I agree, I just mentioned this in a different thread. You can find noled here https://market.android.com/details?id=com.led.notify&feature=search_result
It's awesome. It displays icons for things such as missed texts, email, calls and other alerts. And while your phone is plugged in it gives youa percentage of how charged the battery is while the screen is locked. I highly recommend this app

I downloaded and set up Noled, but it did not seem to work. When the phone screen went to black, no icons showed up. Did I do something wrong? Help from anyone that has Noled would be appreciated!
